Gladys Lawson is a Pathology Manager, Author and volunteers as an Inspirational Mentor with an education charity which works with teenagers to inspire them to reach their full potential. Gladys has written a number of books over the years and has a passion for taking important issues, doing a lot of research and producing stories that people can relate to and characters that people remember.
She also writes poems and songs, many of which can be found in her books. She says jokingly, that her first poem was about a Spider which she wrote when she was about 6 years old, it won her a prize and gave her the writing bug she has today. read more >>

Q. How many books have you written so far?
A. Five (5) books in total so far.
Q. How long does it take you to write a book?
A. It can take anything from 6 – 18 months.
Q. Do you have a favourite book you have written?
A. No, all my books are unique in their own way.
Q. I am a retailer. How can I order books?
A. Some hard copies of my books can be ordered via the GLL Publishing website. All hard copies and ebooks can be ordered via Amazon and other good book sellers.
Q. How long will it take for a book to be delivered to me in the UK?
A. It will take about 72 hours using standard postage.
Q. Do you have any advice to other writers starting out?
A. Yes, if this is something you really want to do then give it a 100%.
Q. Are you going to publish work from other authors?
A. In the future I hope to expand GLL Publishing and this will be something that I will possibly consider doing.
